LTD LEADERSHIP TEAM
A former high school-educated car wash manager and minor league baseball player, Larry Winters’ life illustrates a true “rags to riches” story. At the age of 24, working with his wife at a car wash, Larry was struggling to get by. He decided he needed to make a change for the better, so he seized control of his life and, day by day, built his own business that eventually transformed him from a young man with no ambition to a man in control of his financial destiny.
In his book LIVE THE DREAM: No More Excuses (released in April 2012), Larry’s inspiring story of this journey provides an inspirational blueprint to giving up excuses and achieving life goals, all while staying grounded in what really matters: family, friends, and faith. He inspires others to reach their dreams through his humorous tales and personal stories of overcoming life challenges.
Larry has several interests that he pursues enthusiastically. He is passionate about motocross racing, collecting sports memorabilia, and is also a gifted photographer.
Larry and his wife Pam have three grown children who are married, and one granddaughter.
Despite a crushed dream to play major league baseball, Joe Markiewicz’s life epitomizes stepping up to the plate and hitting a homerun.
Growing up in Rochester, New York, home to the minor league baseball club for the Baltimore Orioles, Joe remembers honing his baseball skills while watching Hall of Famer Cal Ripken play third base. Joe’s boyhood dream was to follow the same path to major league baseball. But while playing ball in college, where he studied engineering, Joe suffered a knee injury that rendered playing professional baseball impossible.
As a full-time entrepreneur, Joe empowers others to confidently pursue their dreams by sharing his roadmap to success. Knowing he had to overcome fear and self-doubt to grow his own business, he focuses on building up the confidence in others so they can live out their life’s potential.
Joe is also a top advisor in the area of business culture and trends. He is passionate about business ownership, self-reliance, personal responsibility and the preservation of the American Dream.
Joe and his wife Marybeth have three children.
